Board members of the South African Thai Chamber of Commerce continue their annual members visits… Michael Marshall from Minor Hotels Group met with Neil van Heerden (Neos IT) last week to discuss the overall state of the hospitality industry and explore how the Chamber can best support Minor through its activities.
An industry veteran, Michael reflected on the tremendous expansion drive the group has been on in recent years, now encompassing over 550 properties across eight brands. Michael and Neil also reflected on the state and pace of digital transformation across the industry which, like for many others, was accelerated by the COVID pandemic. #SATCC #proudlysouthafrican
