INTERNATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This working group is responsible for arranging and meeting with international prospects for trade or with business interests in Thailand. Our representatives have a broad network of individuals across South East Asia, such as Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore. The South African Embassy in Bangkok also provides latest industry news and trends to SATCC.
TREASURY
Our treasurer is responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, statements, and income sheets. This working group holds the Chamber accountable to produce revenue to cover the costs and expenses of operations, marketing and communications, networking event’s planning and co-ordination, as well as charity and donations.
BRIEFINGS
Membership engagement is one our most important working groups in the South African-Thai Chamber of Commerce. Our membership community is the foundation of our Chamber’s operations. This working group is working vigorously to revive and grow the Chamber’s members in order to achieve our goal of promoting bilateral and commercial trade in Thailand.
DESIGN & MARKETING
This working group is spear-headed by our Special Advisor, and Director of Design & Marketing. The goal of this working group aims to transform and revolutionize SATCC, not only as a Non-profit Organisation, but also as a brand. Design & Marketing oversees brand design, social media, marketing, and digital development.
EVENTS
The events working group plays a pivotal role in connecting Thai and South African business owners and entrepreneurs in Thailand. Our Events Co-ordinator plans, collaborates, and organises networking events to bring our members and fellow South Africans and foreigners together.
